Three major events are held at the winery each year.
.Arkansas Wine Heritage Day is celebrated the first Saturday of May. A special program is sponsored by the Arkansas Historic Wine Museum carrying our the designated theme of the year being celebrated across the state. Click here to learn more.
The Cowie International Amateur Wine Competition is held in Mid-September, usually around the same time as Wine Fest (see below). A feature of this day is the display of the largest selection of home wine making supplies in Arkansas. Click here to learn more.
After the grape harvest in Mid-September, the Annual Cowie Wine Fest and Arkansas Championship Grape Stomp provide a festive occasion at the winery for the whole family. The blessing of the new wine is a special event. A live band provides the tempo for stomping the grapes. Click here to learn more.
In the spring and summer, meals are served in the grape arbor some weekend evenings. Live music and wine accompany the meals.
