Three major events are held at the winery each year. The Cowie International Amateur Wine Competition is held on the last Saturday of April. A feature of this day is the display of the largest selection of home wine making supplies in Arkansas. Click Here to learn more. Arkansas Heritage Day (Click to learn more) is celebrated the first Saturday of May. A special program is sponsored by the Arkansas Historic Wine Museum carrying out the designated theme of the year being celebrated across the state.

After the grape harvest, on a Saturday in mid-September, the Annual Cowie Wine Fest and Arkansas Championship Grape Stomp provide a festive occasion at the winery for the whole family. The blessing of the new wine is a special event. A live band provides the tempo for stomping the grapes. In the spring and summer, meals are served in the grape arbor some weekend evenings.
